Every Folklore rod carries a lifetime no-fault warranty. No fault means exactly what it sounds like: we’re not going to interrogate you about how it happened, and you don’t need to construct a version of events where it wasn’t your fault.
It was probably your fault. It’s fine. Let’s get you back on the water before the end of the hatch.
What’s covered
Every section, every rod, for as long as you own it — regardless of how it broke or who broke it.
What it costs
$50 shipping and handling. That’s the whole number. No tiers, no registration fee, no “assessment.”
What we can’t help with
A rod we can’t get our hands on. If it’s at the bottom of the lake we’re as sorry as you are, but physics is physics. Same goes for theft — that’s a conversation for your insurance, not us.
